Database Issues in the 105th Congress

Two bills solely regarding database protection were introduced before the 1998 elections:

• H.R. 2652 -- House of Representatives version of the Collections of Information Antipiracy Act. Introduced October 1997.

• S. 2291 -- Senate version of the Collections of Information Antipiracy Act. Introduced July 1998.
